| Habitat | CAMPBELL Co., KY: Melbourne. At the end of Anderson Avenue off of River Road (Route 8). Found right alongside the trail when you veer right at the entrance, it was about 200 ft down the trail and about 50 ft from this large open space that looked like it would be wet regularly. |
