Description Wild ginger. Small. Stemless plant with basal leaves and flower emerging from the rhizome. Corolla auburn and flower close to the ground.
Habitat Melbourne. Along Anderson Avenue off of River Road (Route 8). 10 ft away from small bridge at the entrance beneath Amur honesuckle, about 4 ft from first sign.
