Locality United States of America. Tennessee, Williamson: USGS Leipers Fork quad. Harpeth River Valley. Just w. off of Hwy 431, ca. 2.5 mi. n. of Franklin and less than one mi. w. of Battlewood Estates. Just above Wray Bluff on the Big Harpeth River.
Habitat Rocky opening in cedar woods; much reindeer moss here. This species scattered here and there.
