Locality United States. Tennessee, Putnam: Eastern Highland Rim. Burtons Branch, S.W. of Allgood. On the E. side of Hwy 111, over the fence, S. of industrial warehouses. Wetland. N36.17461, W85.46012.
Habitat A boggy, grassy, and open wetland, with abundant Carex buxbaumii Fuirena, and Iris prismatica. Site is in need of attention and preservation. Taxodium has been planted here, inexplicably. This Hypericum is sparse.
