Description:Wild ginger. Small, stemless plant with basal leaves and flower emerging from the rhizome. Corolla auburn and flower close to the ground. Frequent. 
Habitat:Melbourne. Along Anderson Avenue off of River Road (Route 8). 10 ft away from small bridge at the entrance beneath Amur honeysuckle, about 4 ft from the first sign.
