Habitat:In a NNW mesic hardwood-hemlock ravine traversed by Grant House Creek and conglomeratic sandstone blocks. Infrequent. Associates: Viola sororia, Polygonatum biflorum, Hepatica acutiloba, Smilacina racemosa, Delphinium tricorne.
