Habitat:Eastern Highland Rim of Interior Low Plateau; Mississippian shaly siltstones and limestones; Garmon-Lowell-Waynesboro soils. Elevation ranges from 800-900 feet. Native perennial; infrequent; moist soil of Oak-Hickory Forest and Mixed Mesophytic Forest.
