	Locality:	United States. Tennessee. Scott: Clear Fork- about 2 miles upriver from the confluence with New River. From Hwy 27 we took Lon Foust Hwy approx 2 mi; N at a small white church. The road was not named- bout on the USGS map the road is shown just past Black Creek.
