Locality: | United States. Kentucky. Madison: From EKU's campus take Kit Carson Drive across the bypass and turn left after the fire station. Turn right on the gravel road and follow that out to Taylor Fork Ecological Area. Plant was located on the trail north of the picnic table and shed. |
Description: | Flowers red and yellow facing downwards. Plant approximately 18 inches tall. |
Habitat: | Shaded under a large tree next to the trail. Area surrounded by honeysuckle and other herbs and grasses. |
