Description:Herbaceous rhizomatous perennial native to moist woodlands. Approx. 45 centimeters tall, pinnate, lobed leaves. Produces yellow latex that stains. Four yellow, showy petals, two sepals, many yellow stamen, and a single stigma. Flowers in umbel.
