The photographs presented on the Tennessee-Kentucky Plant Atlas website represent the work and contributions of many photographers (listed below).  However, the organization and including of the numerous photgraphs in this Atlas would not have been possible without the work and dedication of Aidan Shaw, who worked to download over 15,000 images from about 10 botanists from iNaturalist and to rename the images so they were usefule to this purpose.  We are always looking for additional photos that provide excellent visuals of the plants of our region, particularly those that may be currently underrepresented on our website.  Contact Joey Shaw for submission information.  All photographs are copyright protected, but may be available for use in educational, scientific, or non-profit ventures.  Permission for use of particular photographs can be obtained by contacting Joey Shaw, who can further direct the request to the photographer or copyright holder in question.   Any use of any TN-KY Plant Atlas image requires proper credit to the photographer, copyright holder, institution, and the TN-KY Plant Atlas.
